نستخدم طريقة الإستبدال لحل النظام. بالتعويض في المعادلة الأولى من النظام، نجد:
[ -2x + y = 5 ]
[ y = 5 + 2x ]
بواسطة تعويض القيمة المتغير (y) في المعادلة الثانية من النظام:
[ 3x -4(5+2x) = -25 ]
[ 3x - 20 - 8x = -25 ]
[ -5x - 20 = -25 ]
[ -5x = -5 ]
[ x = 1 ]
بعدما حسبنا قيمة (x)، نعود لتعويضها في المعادلة الأولى:
[ -2(1) + y = 5 ]
[ -2 + y = 5 ]
[ y = 7 ]
إذاً، حل النظام هو (x = 1) و (y = 7)
